Great place

Used this property for my girls and I the night before my wedding, and it was perfect! Arin was very accommodating about allowing me and my bridal party to get our hair and makeup done the morning of checkout.

Amazing place to stay!

This house is exactly as described. It was immaculate, they had everything you needed for a long weekend stay, comfortable beds, and nice garage to park in. It was a bonus for us that they were close to the two Prep Baseball complexes that we played at while we were there. While everyone else was complaining about the traffic, we were enjoying our short and easy drive. It was also an easy drive to go see the Royals play. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to KC!!

Clean and comfortable

Spacious home. Very clean and nice. Appreciate the amenities and cleanliness of home. Convenient and near highway. Neighborhood car traffic was a little loud throughout the night but overall home was very comfortable.

Perfect for our crew

We stayed Wed-Sat for my daughters' wedding. The property was perfect for our mixed bag age ranges. Plenty of stuff to do for the kids and places to sit and visit with my family. The living room furniture is NOT comfortable but everything else was! Had everything we xouldcpuld possibly need and more. Great stay!

Great spacious house in KC

The property is exactly as described. We had a few issues upon check in and the owner responded within minutes of messaging her. She had the problem resolved immediately. We had a great stay and will stay here again if we need a place again in the future.

Had a great time!

Had a great stay for my friend's bachelorette party! The house was in the middle of all the places we went so it was a good spot for us to meet. The house was nice and clean and they even left snacks for us!

Beautiful decor and extremely clean!!!

We truly appreciate our host for her courteous consideration when we had to rebook because of the winter blizzard; she was tremendously accommodating. Upon arrival I was extremely impressed by the large space with many items to entertain my entire family. Even the informational notebook was positively polite with directions. I will absolutely highly recommend this host AND house!!

Comfortable home that is well equipped, clean and orderly. Easy access to downtown KC and Tonganoxie where our wedding was held. We were there right after a huge snowstorm so appreciated the 2 car garage.

We had a great stay at Arin’s property! Beautiful clean home with all of the amenities we could have needed. The teenagers loved playing basketball and the other games they had available. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The host left some snacks. We went to the Chiefs night game so we got to the house really late. Having snacks was a nice touch.

Newly Renovated Home

We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home. The beds were comfortable, they have opened closets, no dressers, which gave you more room in the bedrooms. And there was plenty of hot water for showers and baths. There is a lot of space in the home upstairs, and a real treat is the downstairs area. My husband and our 6 year old loved playing hoops and Nintendo! The home is nicely decorated, very peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. My only issue was that each time we pulled a dish or cup or silverware from the cabinet we had to wash them because they were dirty. It could be an issue with the dishwasher so just a heads up. Other than that the house was clean. Also, I loved reading that this is the childhood home of the owner and they were able to purchase and renovate it. You can see the love they put into the renovation. We will definitely stay again.
