The property is in need of an update. The tub in my bathroom was all rusted at one end where the drain gear was. Grout missing in many places. Bathroom counter held up by a 2x8 board underneath one end. Decent place for the money if you can put up with not so up to date and not the cleanest. In the hallway toward the elevator there was a sizeable dead bug in the floor. At least it was dead.
