We stayed here for a full week and overall had a positive experience. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight — the made-to-order omelets were excellent, and the buffet offered plenty of options like bagels, fruit, cereal, waffles, and more. Coffee was always available in the lobby, which we loved. The nightly happy hour was another great perk. two free drinks each night and genuinely good dinner options. The hotel also has a gym and indoor pool, and the gym’s filtered water station was very convenient. The lobby and reception area are beautiful and very welcoming, and staff was quick to provide requested items like towels and toiletries. There were a few maintenance concerns. The bathrooms near the pool and gym had an unpleasant odor and weren’t as clean as expected, though other restrooms in the hotel were well kept. Our room was comfortable but a bit outdated, with noticeable condensation on the windows. At checkout, we noticed what looks to be mold around the window. I experienced allergy symptoms during our stay, though it’s hard to say whether that was due to weather or this issue. There was also damage near the bathtub (photo attached), and some plumbing issues — water could be heard draining in the entryway and bathroom, and the toilet required holding the handle down to flush properly. Overall, this property has great service and amenities, but building management should consider investing in room renovations and maintenance.
