The room is spacious. The location is just right in the center of the city. Especially this hotel is one block from busy and noisy street. I enjoyed the quiet stay in the alley.

Good hotel. Very modern. Lovely touch that free drinks and eats are available throughout the day. Only complaint is that the light at the entrance to the room goes on and off during the night whenever anyone goes to the toilet or to get a drink , waking up the other occupant of the room. The sensor can be adjusted but they are reluctant to do it.

The lounge use and the continuous provision of snacks and drinks throughout the day was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and assiduous, especially Nicole S. who helped us arrange for a delivery of a forgotten item from our last hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and their excellent team.

Great location and stuffs speak good English

Location is good and convenient. Three bus stops away from Kanazawa station, close to Kanazawa castle, 21 century art museum and all the amenities around and nearby. Hotel stuffs are amazing, speaking good English, communicating well and very friendly and nice. Rooms r clean, we will come back to stay here if we r at Kanazawa again in near future. 👍
