Great hotel

The staff were excellent, always very polite and extremly helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the staff changed towels when ever we wanted fresh ones. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods for everyone.

Great hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and laundry facilities. What really sets this hotel apart is the onsen bath on the roof. Don't miss getting up early to watch sunrise from the rooftop onsen. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Kanazawa.

Convient location. 10 min taxi ride from the train station. Quiet. Walking distance to market, temples, and gardens. Breakfast buffet was great, full of variety. Includes a coffee machine that serves lattées. Enjoyed happy hour that was available. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent - had the shabu-shabu hotpot.

beautiful hotel, great location, convenience stores on the next block, delicious lavish buffet breakfast, beautiful onsen. you can also use the breakfast ticket at omichi market restaurants. the reception staff was helpful and kind when we realized my daughter left her bag with passport in the cab that had just dropped us off at the hotel. the only negative were some very loud guests in the onsen one night. we had a wonderful stay in kanazawa!

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Kanazawa. The room was compact but thoughtfully laid out, convenient, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was especially good, with lots of Japanese foods, esepcially local specialties. Staff were excellent and helpful.

Loved our stay here at this hotel… if you are driving… you will need to park in behind the hotel (there are a few options) … this was a bit tricky. But everything else was perfect

I'm really glad I chose this hotel as its rignt in the middle of all the major attractions in Kanazawa so everything is about a 20 minute walk in any direction. Breakfast was great here as well or you can tske your breakfast voucher over to the local market thats a few minutes away. There's also a nice public bath.

Very efficient

Staff were helpful and efficient. Everything was quickly done. They let us park in the back to load and unload, which was very helpful because one of us has a mobility issue.
