They have a problema with the wifi. Even changing the room supposedly to be closer to the wifi router it didn’t work. I had to used my data package to work. Not nice. I booked this hotel also because they have a gym. But very disappointed. Treadmills and bicycles out of order. And the heaviest weight was 5kg. Anyway, they have to improve.

The hotel is several minutes away from the station. A subway with an elevator connects the station to the junction close to the hotel. It is an easy walk even for me, who has big luggage and travels with my parents in their 70s. The main advantage is avoiding using buses to get to the hotel. However, no matter where you visit, you need to get back to the station to take a bus. It takes slightly more time, but is acceptable for me.

Near station very convenient, 7/11 downstairs, staffs are super warm and helpful, the only concern is the kettle, really old, strongly recommend to change it as it's not useful and a bit dangerous. BTW you can find decaf drip coffee in the hotel with free charge, that's a big bonus for me.

Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel close to the train/bus station. Nice beds, good amenities, friendly staff. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. The hotel location is so good with only 5 minutes to the train station. Good facilities in the hotel. So many good stores within the station and close by. So many good attractions within 30 to 40 minute walk or buses from station. We were happy we decided to go to Kanazawa and stay at the hotel.
