The hotel is located on the west side of the Kanazawa station, which is very convenient. There are plenty of dinning restaurants and malls in the station. Staff were helpful and friendly. English is acceptable.

Modern, clean and well equipped hotel with comfy beds and Japanese style bath. Service was excellent. Room had good air con, mini fridge, kettle, free tea and coffee, plenty of sockets and even a LG clothes steamer cabinet which I wasn't expecting. Only downside was the window was frosted glass and couldn't be opened so hard to judge the weather before heading out but everything else was perfect.

The people at the front desk are really unhelpful. I reported a dirty room showing pictures, but the guy at the desk said sorry and went on with his day. He could have sent a cleaner to have a look but nothing. I checked-in one hour earlier but they told me to go back, ok maybe the room was not ready which I don't think since I found it dirty. I left my suitcases and went for a walk. I went back, checked in and my suitcases were not given to me. I thought they would be in the room, of course not. I called them, they couldn't find them, once found I had to go and fetch them myself from the concierge. They could have sent them up, right? But no, they do not do customer service in this place. Shame as it could be a better hotel, maybe they all need to be trained on how to treat customers. Disappointing!

Near train station and Nice sento

A few minutes walk from Kanazawa Train station. Nice, small hotel so don't have to walk miles to the room :) Best part of the room was an LG steamer to steam/freshen clothes in 20 minutes! I forgot to ask if every room had it. Women's public bath/sento was terrific. Just the right size with one large hot bath, very serene. Restaurants across the street from hotel, train/bus/taxi stands w/in walking distance. The eki-mae has a LOT of restaurants and shopping. Great hotel; would stay again!

We loved that it was only about 6 minutes walk from Kanazawa Station, which has lots of shopping and dining options. The room was clean and perfect for two people and luggage. Bonus was there was onsen to use for free! It was clean and not busy, and lots of amenities were provided. Would definitely recommend or stay again!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The Buffett breakfast was excellent. Room was adequately sized for two adults and a child. The hotel is very close to the train station which makes communizing very convenient. Highly recommended!

My favorite hotel of ALL TIME. Being right across from an Izakaya makes it a very convenient place to stay. You can walk to Kanazawa station in less than 5 minutes and you have TWO Starbucks available for your morning coffee. 20 minute walk from Omicho Market (which is the main reason people even go to Kanazawa) Now for the hotel room itself, absolutely the BEST hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Clean and stylish with some cultural flavor. I’d live out of this hotel room if I could.
