The front desk was very nice. Our room was spacious. It had two queen beds and a pull out bed. There was an air purifier too. It had a full kitchen. There are restaurants in walking distance. We had carryout from Cheddars. So good. The hotels breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit oat meal and more. The gym was awesome. Mats, lots of weights and work out benches. Kettle bells, bikes and treadmills.

We had a registered comfort dog that we have traveled with for years with no problems him being allowed and/or at no extra charge. They refused to let us bring him in without paying an extra $80 for him. We did so because we just drove 600 miles and were tired. The large expensive suite we secured through Expedia was filthy. Glassware in cabinet was never washed. We had to ask for dish soap to wash them ourselves. Furniture everywhere had crud on it. Just terrible. Would never stay at a Residence Inn again. $250 for what?!

Staff was very friendly. the gym was nice and clean. i have been coming to Joplin for several years for a work conference and this year the room had an odd odor (actually reminded me of air fresheners or cleaners used at nursing homes) and you can tell that upkeep has not been happening.

The Staff was polite, courteous, and very friendly. When I had a few concerning issues. They were quick to respond and resolved it in a timely matter. The room overall was nice and clean. It had everything I needed to make my time comfortable. The free breakfast was good. It had different options for you to choose from. I would stay here again when I plan to revisit Joplin, MO. in the near future.
