Loved the location of our room with a sliding glass door leading right to the basketball court and pool. Breakfast was good, lots of options and well stocked.

The 100 dollar pet fee for one night lodging was ridiculous. I will not be staying at a residence Inn for leas than a week going forward. This particular hotel is very out dated a needs updating.

Hotel was great - outside smell was not good

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was nice and clean on the inside. Great location next to great restaurants and SAMS - but there was a smell outside the hotel that was like a dead animal or something. It was hard to be outside with the smell.

The sofa bed mattress was thin and lumpy. The bedding packet included 2 fitted sheets (no top sheet) a well worn mattress pad to fit a twin bed and a blanket so cheap you could see through it. And to think that I paid extra for the suite and it was from a reputable hotel, the Residence Inn.

I’d stay somewhere else

It’s an older hotel. Bed was worn. No small perks like lotion. Towels were okay. Sliding glass door was broken so security risk. It was fixed during stay. No one told me there was a parking charge just saw it on the bill at checkout.

Dusty AC outlets.

Dirt coming out of ceiling AC. Ceiling had an area of 5 by 4 feet covered on dirt and dust. Room 431. Son experienced the same last year at the same hotel.

If you have a NETFLIX OR PRIME CABLE SUBSCRIPTION, you can connect via your cell phone/ TV at no cost to you. So easy. Pool was great for a morning dip and the staff is friendly. I loved my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
