Horrible customer service. Rooms were not very clean. Stains on the ceiling. They were overbooked & didnt get the room we reserved online. I ended up with bed bug bites after I got home the day we checked out. We only booked this hotel because all others were full due to a truck show in town.

Good rooms, pet friendly

Room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, good parking great AC. Pet friendly hotel. Hotels.com charged us extra for a room with a hottub, rooms do not come with hottubs. They have a public pool and hottub but it was closed since its outside.

The staff at check-in was nice. Room was clean. Check out was at 11, I had asked for a late check out and was told they would make it noon, well they tried to enter room at 930ish and then again at 11. Told them we was supposed to have a late check out and next thing I know the front desk staff is knocking on the door

The stay was very clean and relaxing. Each time we left and returned the room had been serviced and bathroom restocked, bed made nice and the place always had a "feeling of comfort", like a oasis away from home. When my door card stopped working the front desk was very courteous and helped reprogram it. Overall, my stay was very pleasing, I would recommend Hotel 8 to anyone wanting a pleasant stay and good entertainment as well.Very pleased. 😊

The room did not appear that it had been cleaned. The linens on the bed were either stained or dirty. The lamp shades were stained and completely dirty. The room smelled horrible and the floor was very spongy as if it were rotting. The staff on checkout was friendly. My wife’s card was charged for the room though I had pre-paid and booked through Expedia. I would NOT recommend staying here. I was completely grossed out and hope I don’t have bed bugs or something else now.
