"The beach is beautiful, but the room was awful. There was no ocean view, even though we booked a room with an ocean view on Expedia. The room smelled musty. There were several power outages. The ac was not working properly. There was no door on the closet. The shower door was falling off. The toilet tank was dripping. The toilet seat was loose and wobbling. In general things in the room were dated and in need of repair. But the beach and pool were beautiful. The food was good -not great, but good. However, you were pretty much limited to the one buffet. The other restaurant (the Pizza Factory) could only handle 80 guests per night and if you wanted to make a reservation for that evening you had to get online around 6:45 and wait until 7:30am when they start taking reservations. They are understaffed. The grill by the pool was a nice option for lunch (open from 12-5) for burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, etc. The staff was hit or miss - some nice and helpful, some not so. "
