The Staff did a great job, but remember you and they are on "Island Time". Never totally late, but no rush either. Very relaxing. Quiet is quiet. Entertainment was fine, nothing spectacular, soft, comforting. Highly recommend this resort.

We were oversold and under delivered in the rooms the bathrooms had mildew the floors were very dirty they were never clean while we’re there it would’ve been extra money the fan had dust for years and the room was 150 ft.² we could not open our luggage on the floor there was not enough space we had to throw them on top of the bed that was no nightstand dresser no drawers there was nothing to store our private stuff we booked a double bed we got a full size bed
Excellent 5-star beach and 4-star large pool. Friendly staff, for the most part, that is willing to help and serve guests. Property is old and even after renovations, still lacks basic things such as working wifi in lobby or rooms, electronic door locks and safe deposit boxes, decent bathrooms in rooms and clean bathrooms in general lobby area, some good nightly entertainment etc. For the price, it is good value but believe it has so much potential if more funding is invested in renovating it.
My room was very clean but dated. The resort is under construction in certain areas. The male staff wss very nice. Clinton the manager was very nice. The food is sub par. I wanted some authentic Antiguan food but didnt have any.
Nothing it needs a lot of work, double rooms are horrible actually gross felt like a cheap hostile,king rooms a bit better. Staff needs training but we’re trying . Beautiful beaches. Food is mediocre at best. No entertainment and the pool bar wasn’t open. Has 1 Resturant other than the buffet hard to get a reservation for dinner the staff changed the rules daily for making a reservation get there at the time they tell you and it’s filled so ridiculous. This resort shouldn’t be open until they are fully capable of accommodating the guest. The staff is trying hard to please but they need training.Check out was a nightmare due to room changing and departure tax. I would definitely not recommend this resort. Quite frankly it should be torn down and a new one built in its place because the property it’s sits on is beautiful.
Jolly Beach is a beautiful, approx 1 mile long beach which we walked each day. The resort is still a work in progress under new ownership after being shut down for almost 3 years. They are doing a great job and we look forward to returning again next year when more restaurants and rooms will be available.

the location was great, we were fascinating with the area and the nice beach but we did not like the food at all, the rooms where ok, but over all was very relaxing and joinable.
The beach is beautiful but the resort is old and rooms have many issues. Our first room had a leaking toilet, no hot water running in the sink and no air conditioning. It took 2 days and many complaints to get moved to another room. Second room was only slightly better.
The beach was absolutely beautiful and the resort itself was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful also. The food needs a major improvement. The Pizza factory and the bbq night were not bad but the buffet for breakfast and dinner is terrible. Not much to select from and food is not hot. The grill by the beach has basic food for lunch which was good.. hot dog, hamburger, jerk chicken, fries, chicken wrap. The beach, pool, staff, and drinks make up for the food though. Still had a wonderful time.
Nothing about this resort was as advertised. It stated all inclusive and nothing was included. Most of the property was in disarray. Rooms were not cleaned, no new towels, broken toilets and lights in the room no working phone in the room. Web site stated three restaurants and there’s only one with only one menu passed among guests. Same meals everyday. I have photos of all the poor conditions at the resort including pictures of a second pool that was unusable. Broken furniture and old mattresses laying all over. We spoke to the manager who said he would provide us with a refund and now refuses to respond to us. Our next steps are to reach out to the credit card company and dispute the charges due to the fraudulent description of the resort on their website.

Jolly Beach is amazing! Being right on the beach is a plus. This is an older resort and not fancy at all. It was our third time staying there and they have have made huge strides to improving the property.
