The lack of communication and sense of urgency of this hotel left me overly frustrated. First room I was given had a dirty bathroom worth hair standing water, and a creature. Requested a new room to be able to bathe my toddler and it was a nightmare to get anyone to help me. After several phone calls (and hours) and going back and forth between en Expedia and the hotel, I was given another room temporarily to be able to bathe my kid.this bathroom’s toilet had feces smeared on the seat and although the shower was cleaner” there was still hair as well..front desk and management didn’t communicate change of rooms, staff was just confused…finally got a new room by the end of the day. Just overall uncomfortable. Lots of more in between that was the main for me. Also, don’t expect hot water for your tea. Left the hotel more exhausted than I arrived. Definitely will NEVER go back
