Although we were wanting a villa with a full kitchen, our room was nice and the view was perfect. We learned later that if we would like a different kind of villa, to specify when booking. There was a mix up at check in with clarification of what building our villa was in. Everything was easily resolved and overall we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived and thought the resort area was beautiful. Out villa we stayed in and had a great view of the ocean. However, the room many many years. There was a huge spiderweb, going into the doorway that we had to clear out before going into our room. When I sat on the bed, the bottom bed board apparently came loose and you could hear it hit the ground. The mattress had a big dip in the middle of it. The TV screen was about 24 inches, way too small for the room. There was no chair to sit on all we had was just the bed. I ended up getting bit by bedbugs the very first night. We left the next morning as I was not going to stay in a place that was this old and in this condition. we drove three hours to get to Amelia Island from where we live for our anniversary. We were at the resort for a total of about 14 hours left the next morning after getting bit by the bedbugs. The property agreed to not charge me for the second night, but continue to charge me for the resort fee when we weren't even there. I would suggest going down to Fernanda Beach or one of the other islands to look for accommodations.

The check in process took very long. There were 2 customers with issues and many questions and the desk clerk clearly needed help. Though we were texted the day before about "complementary drinks", the desk clerk indicated that was for the hotel guests and not the villas. Ugh! I was given incorrect directions by the security officer which caused us to drive up and down the property several times. We were provided the incorrect instructions for the WIFI. The instructions were written down and still provided incorrectly by the desk clerk. That also took some time. The pictures don't show that the villas are actually quite dated and the large pool in the pictures is actually part of the hotel not the villas. The villas I must say, are very clean. They are however, super basic and ours was strangely spaced. The bathroom and kitchenette shared a small space. Literally the toilet was 3 steps away from the fridge and 2 steps from the coffee maker/cabinet. It is absolutely worth to spend the additional money to stay at the hotel instead.

The villa we stayed in was not kept up. Was not clean and the water system was not working correctly could not shower because water smelled so badly . Only positive was the amenities and food was very good

Beautiful resort, clean rooms, and outstanding staff!! Especially Tunde, Anastasia & Laura! So very kind and accommodating. My reservation was lost in the cloud, and after a long drive from MN everyone was exhausted and ready to get to the room! Once everything was figured out they gifted us an upgrade! Can not rave enough about the amazing customer service!

We have stayed at this property every year for the past decade. We have always enjoyed our time out here with family. Highly recommend catching morning sunrise from the beach. The vibe is very pleasant and accommodating, you will not be disapppointed.

I booked a 3 bedroom villa and I got 2 hotel room separated. I wanted to spend Thanksgiving with my family together and I got threats because “supposedly” noise we were doing. I couldn’t have a nice dinner because of their mistake. They just apologized and that was it.

Our villa was just beautiful and so comfortable. We stayed in the Sea Dip section of the villas. Beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.
