Our room had no heat. The staff tried to fix it, but could not. They brought a space heater and extra blankets. There is no bar grip in the shiwer, which has a slippery floor. The shower curtain doest fit and the bathroom floor was soaked after 2 showers. There was no bath mat provided.

Room was run down with multiple plumbing issues. For example sink was clogged toilet and bathtub tub were all clogged while in use. Bedsheets were not clean. To top it off there was strippers coming in and out both at night and in the morning.

I thought the hotel was very nice and the people were very friendly. Although I needed more towels and I requested them twice before getting them. Other than that, everything seemed to go very well.
