My wife and I were both impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. When we entered our room the extremely high level of satifaction continued. The overall room and amenities appeared to have been recently renovated. Any future visits to New Bern will include staying here.

Great welcoming staff, renovated and clean setting. Close to everything and easy to get in and out of. Definitely a great place overall. The one not so positive experience for me was the fact that people in the nearby rooms were particularly loud and the walls seemed to be a bit thin. But I will definitely come back as I have stayed times before.

The room was reasonably clean and the staff was very friendly. However the bed was horrible. My wife and I felt like we were sleeping on an incline as the sides of the bed were much higher than the middle of the bed. A new mattress is certainly needed for this room!
