Was not happy with the room. After driving a great distance and arriving late evening there was no TV connection. And the wooden furnishings were quite tattered. Didn’t expect such wear and tear. We requested a different room. We moved only to have the same conditions in the second room. Do not plan to stay at the Hyatt Place again.

This property was very conveniently located. There was a great shopping area and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept. I would highly recommend it.

There was only one working elevator, some staff acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. Pool was kinda murky. We had stab like gashes on one of the mattresses. Other then that it was kept pretty well clean and neat.

Rooms were not ready, people were sitting around waiting to check in. Staff was very rude and unprofessional both st the front desk and the dining room. We had 5 guests and only 3 bath towels. No coffee cups

The suite was a good size. Myself and .y bridesmaids and my hairdresser were able to get ready. After the wedding, my husband and I returned. I wish I could say more, but we were so exhausted, we both fell asleep almost immediately. We slept well. Breakfast was good.

Completely shocked at the condition of this hotel. I have stayed here for years, but have not been to town in about 18 months. Whoever owns or manages this location either does not care, or does not have the funds to maintain it. It is in a perfect location for shopping, eating, and freeway access, but that is the only positive. Closet shelf falling off the wall, nasty stained toilets, bathroom door missing the entire latch. Dirty floors, the couch smelled... nothing was ok here. Sadly, I am moving on to a different location.

The property was nice. The room was clean and they provided plenty of towels. The staff were very nice and helpful. The downside was there was only one working elevator and it was very humid in the hallway and inside the elevator.

Housekeeping is upon request; I requested housekeeping 1 day of my 5 days stay. Actually, I had to request housekeeping 3 times that 1 day before it was done at 6pm. The sliding closet door was broken, the door only open about 6 inches. I reported the broken door to the front desk; maintenance never fixed the door during my stay. There was not a microwave in my room. For a hotel in the middle of the deep south grits were never on the breakfast menu on the 4 days I was in the breakfast area.

No microwave in room, tv in a very awkward spot where it’s across a partition wall and not comfortable to watch from couch or bed, very weird design. Elevator was out of order for over a week
