The rooms and facilities were fine for our needs. Interactions with front desk staff were inconsistent and, in one case, we experienced an openly rude response.
Our door keys for one room had to be reprogrammed every time we used them, and no one was ever able to fix the issue, nor did they offer to issue new cards. When we needed additional towels, no clean towels of any size other than washcloths were available.
We stay at Hilton properties often, including Hilton Garden Inns. This was by far the most disappointing experience we have had.
