The bed I was assigned was very old and collapsed. I requested a change, but it took a full day to move me to two very poor rooms that were not up to the standard I expected. Fortunately, the next day a manager authorized a new bed replacement, and I was returned to my original cottage. The entire situation was quite unpleasant.
