Terrible Hotel

Filthy room and bathroom, complete unsuitable for family with kids, non cooperative staff, they show one thing in pictures but when you see is totally disaster. I would not recommend this hotel for family or even for single person stay. Shame on Hotels.com for allowing such dodgy mafia on this website.

Unfortunately When I arrived to hotel liva suite was no rooms booked for me but was reservation under my name so I had to go to check out another hotel to stay in and pay $35 cach. I hope you do not charge me for this hotel liva suite because they did not charge me for anything

It was amazing and was happy but the cleaner doesn't clean.

Shocked, mortified!!!

The room was very very dirty, and it was clear that the previous guest chain smoked in room. They couldn't change me to another room "becouse all rooms are smoking rooms" i found a dirty ashtray under my bed. I went down to the market and bought a bottle of febreez to make the room livable. The room was not cleanned nor were the sheets changed sheets in my days nights stay. If you are allergic to cats don't open the the window at night!!! You will have a visitor sleeping at your feet.
