Iron Horse Trail Vacation Packages

I have stayed at One King West previously and had great experiences. This stay, unfortunately, was a terrible experience. My historic suite was beautiful, but during the second night of my five night stay (a monday night), a very loud group of drunken people partying back and forth across the suites next to and above me kept yelling in the hallway and slamming doors right outside my room starting around 11 pm and going well past 4 am. I tried calling and texting the front desk multiple times throughout the night and could not get through to anyone. This is completely unacceptable. I had an important presentation the next day that was significantly impacted by not getting any sleep. After complaining to guest services the next morning, I was moved to a different suite (had to pack up, move, and re-iron/hang all my clothes, taking an extra hour out of my work day). The new suite was in the tower on the 41st floor. One of the elevators was broken so it took up to 10 min waiting for an elevator to come each time I needed to get up or down from my room, which was yet another annoyance. I wasn't offered any compensation for the disruption to my sleep and the hassle of moving to a different suite, not even an extra coffee pod. 😑 Will not be recommending this hotel to my colleagues anymore.

Elevators are nightmate!!!!! 3 for all the hotel, and looks like one of them didn't work, 2 days we had to go 10 floors through the stairs cause the waiting on the elevators was too much. The first day we left our room at noon and requested to get it cleaned and we were told it was to late.
