The hotel was under renovations. They did a satisfactory job with their make shuft front desk and the breakfast alternative was fair, not great. Nevertheless, good stay overall. It was 5min from our activity with lots of surrounding restaurants and activities.

Hotel divided in two because construction and renovations incomplete. Although we knew ahead of the work the indication was completion April 1st. Location of hotel for our needs was good however. Room amenities were clean and met our needs

Our room was quite dirty, the shower head was covered in mould, washroom fan sounded like a truck without a muffler, there was no breakfast area (breakfast came in a paper bag) and all services were incredibly slow. Will not be staying at any Comfort Inn again.

We arrived to find the hotel under renovation. There was a terrible bagged breakfast that included a cold pre-made breakfast sandwich. They ran out of coffee and only one person was working the front. They were not upfront about the cost of having our pet there. There is a $50 fee if you lose your key. For each key!

The hotel was under renovations - that was not mentioned until after I booked. Getting to the room meant going outside the building to the other entrance. Very inconvenient as the weather was very cold. The breakfast was in bags and the cold sandwiches were distasteful. The rooms had one chair. People need a chair to sit on as beds not great for sitting on. During our stay we were subject to harassment from other guests who were drunk and were sitting in the corridor being loud and obnoxious until about 1:30 or 2:00 am. Not acceptable for other patrons. The person on the night desk was also challenged and harassed. We should not have been put on the same floor as a group like that. People should be made aware of things when booking. Staff was very good and professional but unfortunately we had no sleep. We had driven for four hours to attend a funeral and were tired both emotionally and physically. Of course the next day we had another long drive home on very little sleep. The morning we were checking out the group’s kids were playing full-blown hockey in the corridor and we endured insults as we passed them. We were left with a bad taste in our mouths due to our stay at this hotel.

This was our first time staying here and other than them having construction on the main lobby, dining area and some rooms blocked off it was a comfortable stay. The price was right for a short stay that was unexpected until that day so it worked out well for us.

At about 2 a.m., a bunch of people from nearby rooms started making loud noises in the hallway. I called the front desk to complain several times, and they finally called the police to send people back to their rooms. It was about 3:30 a.m., and we could no longer fall asleep.
