Absolutely love this stay

We had a great experience during this stay. We were very comfortable the entire time. The house felt very cozy and nice. It was truly a home away from home. The host was super responsive and great at communicating. Would recommend it to everyone to stay here if you have the opportunity to do so!

Perfect for an Extended Work Stay

This place was so peaceful after a long day working. My crew & I enjoyed the scenery and extra space as well as being perfectly located to work just 5 minutes away. The host was accommodating and reachable if needed. We will definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Farm Charm was amazing

The whole process from start to finish was completely awesome. Colleen is very friendly and does all that she can to accommodate. The home was very danty and cute. Everything you need for cooking(besides groceries) and washers and dryers present in home. Very nice place. We missed Lasso but had multiple animals that we could meet. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Colleen for being so very accommodating for our family,

Visiting our Airman at Sheppard AFB

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is sooo cute. It was a perfect fit for four of us and our dog. It was quiet and clean and we loved the back yard for our dog. Colleen was great and let us stay late the next day to see our Airman. She went above and beyond for us and we will be staying here again each time we visit. Thank you so much Colleen! We appreciate you!

Nice place but not quite what we expected

Property was very clean. Nice place to sit outside. Great bed and relaxing furniture and nice TV. The part that didn’t quite meet expectations is that it was not really in the country. Still was quiet. Kitchen was barren with of any seasoning except salt and pepper. So if you plan to cook bring some. Nice fridge with great icemaker.

Great country geat away

Enjoyed our stay. Quite and cozy. Meet our needs. No disturbance. Most everything was provided, including a washer and dryer. Only problem the front hung a little when opening and bathroom door popped when opening. Overall great pmace and will visit again.

Perfect Get Away

This is the most peaceful, home like spot to get away. The house has everything you need and feels like home. It was quiet, beautifully decorated with all the comfort of home. If you need a place to get away and enjoy the environment this is it. The host had snacks and cold water, toiletries if needed, and a fully stacked kitchen and grill on the beautiful deck. It was fun and offered everything that we needed for this time alone. Would highly recommend. The host responded immediately when I submitted the reservation and answered my questions about directions. We would book this house again if need to in the future.

Great country cottage

This was a great spot and super cute cottage. Worked perfect for us with easy access to Iowa Park downtown and Wichita Falls was quick to access. This is definitely a great spot to stay.

My family and I stayed here for 7 nights and it was perfect for us. There are three beds. One queen in the master bedroom and two twins in the other room. A very cozy living room with a tv and plenty of seeing . A dining room table. A kitchen filling stocked with all the equipment you need to cook with. A washer and dryer. And one bathroom. It’s absolutely perfect for. A single person or a family of four! It was worth ever penny and would pay it again!!

Farm Charm Iowa Parks

Quaint, clean, quiet neighborhood. Dogs able to run in yard plus a park less than a mile for family exercise. When 1st arrived, furnace was blocked by furniture so some areas hot and other rooms cold. Fixed this & using Master bedroom electric heater solved it. Only missing was a sign -in book to see where previous guests were from & their suggestions.

Excellent!

The farmhouse house was so clean. Bed was super comfortable. Convenient location. We were only 15 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and movie theater in Wichita Falls. Would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay in the Iowa Park area.

Adorable and clean!

My mom and I stayed at this adorable little farm cottage while in town to visit family. It was very clean, comfortable, and stocked perfectly to make our stay as nice as possible. Will definitely stay again when we are coming to town!

Perfect Farm Charm

Clean, cute and perfectly located close to Sheppard Air Force Base. Property provides quite a sanctuary for the family to make memories on our travels. The friendly longhorn was one of the highlights of our stay. Extra comfy cozy!
