My room was ok at check in although I did note a huge stain on the sofa when I arrived. I spoke to the front desk to bring this to their attention and also find out why my room had not been cleaned. They told me they clean the room every other day and they would make sure the engineer cleaned the sofa the following morning. When I left and came back the room was in the same condition as when I left. I stayed for 3 days and the room was not cleaned 1x. The breakfast was not great but ok for continental breakfast. Also they advertise Starbucks but it’s just a sign they don’t actually have Starbucks at the hotel. Won’t be staying here again.
