For the amount paid for my stay, it was disappointing that there was no microwave or mini fridge. As a member I travel alot for work and stay at your hotels often and all have had those items in the rooms. I had a reservation for a king and got changed to a double, then the front desk said for $20 more i can get you a king. Yes i was scammed, i dont appreciate how my room was changed for a simple plain room. Hell even motel 6 has those items. I will be not staying in your hotels unless tjose items are guaranteed in the rooms and my reservation staus as is.
