Everything was new, Room was Clean and Had Flat screen tv, Good Wifi. This hotel was close to stores and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean, good nights rest.
I was passing through the area. I wasn't planning on making stopping. However I chose ABVI, since I was tried. First off the host had a great attitude, she was very welcoming. My rooms was very clean, and smelt clean. I rested well, most importantly! I would definitely stay again next time around.
I visited 2 times. When i visited Last year ago it was ok at that time. Now everything is changed. They have clean rooms with reasonable price and nice environwent. I love staying there. I recommend this motel.
We arrived to the hotel to a VERY dirty room with large holes in comforter. Was moved to second room where nothing in the room was in working order from NO hot water to drawers even the lock on the door was broken. After a VERY short uneventful night I checked out a day early of the what was supposed to be a two day stay.
New rule: "gathering reviews" doesn't always mean it's a new place. It can also mean it's an old place with a new name, possibly to escape the stigma of earlier scathing reviews. And this place sure looks like it's been scathed. I'm in America's Best Value Inn on the Pasadena Freeway, but my wife insists it's hell. The bed's too hard for her, the door lets in a lot of sunlight, and there's a good deal of grittiness in the room. It's easy to sense that someone, long, long ago, once lit a cigarette in here. The sink has some odd score marks in the basin and the water knob doesn't function in a wholly conventional sense. Still, there was plenty of furniture to barricade the door at night, so we slept safely. The microwave works and the fridge is fine. As a budget motel, it meets expectations, but they need to be the expectations of a budget, cheapo, "dude, you just got a room for $50 a night on Hotwire" kind of room. Not a Hilton, which is what my wife was hoping for. Didn't pan out the way you would have liked it, honey, and I'm sorry. The staff were very helpful and I slept all right. Great view of the Goodyear Tire plant from our door. The AC works. No free breakfast, which Hotwire had promised us would be here. The free breakfast thing ended 2 months ago, so maybe Hotwire hadn't gotten the news. At any rate, I don't think it would have been a full breakfast. Probably just a box of donuts and coffee. It's not under a flight path, so that's a very good thing. If you're big, rough, tough, and working a job in this area and need a crash pad with plumbing, this is the place. It's fine, really. If you want a vacation hotel, no. This place is a dump, as far as you're concerned.
I was in town for 2 weeks and stayed at this hotel. GREAT STAFF AND FRIENDLY SERVICE All my expectations we're meet and they have SUPER CLEAN ROOMS. I also told my friends about this hotel and we ended up getting about 11 rooms and all my crew enjoyed our stay.
