This had to be the worst experience at any hotel or motel. First of all this website says check in is at 1 but they won't let you check in until 3. So got there at 12:40 then had to leave to wait around until 3. That's not even to worst of it. There is cat feces all over by the pool area. I understand they can't really control the stray cats. But they could at least clean up a little. Now for the breaking part. This place is infested with roaches!! The lady's response at the front desk was disgusting. She was not at all surprised you when I went up there. First had to wake her up from her damn nap. Then as I'm showing her videos of multiple roaches in my room I'm staying in with my 3 kids. She is not at all surprised one bit. She showed no reaction as if she gets this all the time and already knew it was full of roaches. She then offer's me and my children a different room upstairs. I'm so grossed out by now I'm ready to leave. My response to that was.. "I can't imagine there only being one room in this place full of roaches" .." I mean seriously?"
Pool was there clean and all but the pool wasnt open to people and i told her this is why we got the motel to swim also
Before checking in I was informed that there was no hot water and I inspected the room the floors are hard tile and toilet was leaking also bed look super then.
It was very nice aside from the roaches. At 2 am I had to call the office because I thought that either a kid or a woman was being beat up or something, come to find out, it was a woman singing.....really??!!
