I wasn't able to stay because my Uncle passed away and had to be with family for his funeral. They refused to refund me and booked another guest to stay in the room! I know this because they called me at MIDNIGHT rude, asking me if I was coming. Who does that?! They knew why I wasn't there and still called to wake me up in the middle of one of my worst nights ever. So, while I can't speak on behalf of what the hotel itself was like, I can say that they are greedy and don't care about their customers. Rates weren't bad but not good when I couldn't get a refund!

The overall hotel is very shabby.. The first room had a nonworking lock on the door. Anyone could get in. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk he asked if we needed a lock…..? YES! 2nd room-when I showered & tried the hairdryer it was broken. I went to the front desk & got another dryer, but when plugged in it smoked & spit out fire! Front desk said it was new! I told him it was a fire hazard. He said he will need time to find another. Never heard back. My daughter bought one at a local store. When we got back that evening the front hotel door wouldn’t open. A guest literally picked it up and moved it sideways to open it. The back door was propped open by a rag so people would come in and out at will. The room itself was clean so we opted to stay. I would not stay there again. Not what I’d expected from a Wyndham property.

I wasn’t able to make this stay after a family passing occurred in the family, I tried reaching out multiple times and not a single response from the location. While grieving that last thing you’d want to focus on is matters like these so I was very upset and overwhelmed with everything going on

First the door wont open with the card they gave it took a day before it was fixed. Carpet in the hallways are dirty and smells needs to replace with wood or tile. Continental breakfast the same everyday no variation. Guy at the front desk stays at the back leaves the desk you have to call then he comes out. Check in slow. Needs a lot of improvement.
