Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 and offers a true bedroom layout separated from the living area by a sliding door. Inside, a king bed is dressed in cotton linens with room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a dresser, closet, and a 33 inch flat-screen TV. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, best suited for children or occasional use. A 50 inch HDTV with standard cable, ceiling fan, window AC unit, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection support both downtime and remote work.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen gives you space to cook meals at your own pace, whether preparing a simple breakfast before the beach or settling in for dinner after a full day out. A dining table seats four comfortably, making it easy to gather and linger. Coffee is provided, and the layout allows you to move easily between cooking, dining, and relaxing.
Bathroom & essentials
The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and bathroom essentials. Bed linens, towels, and everyday basics are supplied, along with an iron and clothing storage for longer stays. Paid washer and paid dryer facilities are located in the building, with a laundromat nearby for added convenience.

My overall experience was very good. The condo was clean and comfortable. The garage did get crowded around the early evening, but I could always find a parking space, and the garage was very easy to navigate. Most other Waikiki hotel garages are horrible. The dishes, utensils, and cookware were clean very adequate. The range, oven, and microwave were spotless and worked perfectly. I really appreciated the coffee maker and the fact that coffee filters were provided. There was a toaster that looked very useable although I did not use it. The only issue I had was the TV in the living room. It was difficult to work even though the instructions in the condo seemed well written. I could not get local stations and basic networks. I could only receive stations that I was unfamiliar with. The TV in the bedroom was fine.

Amazing condo near the quieter side of Waikiki
We loved our stay on the 28th floor of this condo. Parking was included in the garage and we had all the supplies we needed to make a few meals. We also loved the balcony with an ocean view and the beach chairs and towels we could take to the beach, which was super close. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again! Super easy to stay, and loved the location which is close to Diamond head and lots of good food and swimming!!

Condo was clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need. There's a little store downstairs if you need anything else. Views were fabulous, we sat on the lanai with coffe every morning. Pool was great too. Staff very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Great Room with a view!
With only a short, one block walk to Wakiki Beach, we were amazed at the quality and cleaniless of the room. A large balcony (with an awesome view) for coffee in the morning made it spetacular! This room exceeded our expectations. There is nothing we would change on a future trip.

The property mgt ppl were very proactive and engaging but the property needs a lot of TLC. Other than location and a nice ocean view is not much to say about the unit. The tv remote was not working and upon bringing to the owner attention they wanted to send the service person right away but we were in vacation I had plans and I do not like strangers in my apartment while I am gone. The issue should have been solved before we came in. The parking in the building is a bit challenging with parking spots hard to find and a weird design of the spots with wasted double spaces for cars. And very low ceiling… scary when u drive a rental. Overall good stay due to location.

Living the dream
We stayed here and loved it! It’s a short walk to the beach, lots of stores around, plenty to see, close to the zoo.
The condo was very clean and the management group is very helpful. Oh, and my 8 year old said the pullout was really comfy.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Good location, clean, quiet!
This property we found as expected in the listing. Our pre-arrival email to explain check in and parking is accurate. Once we entered our rental, we found the place very clean, and quiet. The air conditioner already on added a nice touch along with a neatly folded towel in the shape of a swan shows their commitment to their concern for your comfort. The management we found quite responsive. This is do to the main television screen stopped working. We sent a text about the TV in reply to theirs asking if all is good. They immediately sent over a gentleman to work on the problem. By the next day, a new TV replaced the failed one. Though we let them know there is no rush as we did not want to be watching the TV while on vacation, the professionalism demonstrated their care and concern for our comfort. We definitely will recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the Honolulu area.

Great location!
My husband I stayed here in October 2022. The ease of renting, parking and the check in process was extremely easy. This unit is in a great location and was a perfect size for just the two of us. The shower could stand some attention, the handle is in need of repair and the shower head needs to be replaced. We loved the unit and would certainly rent again if available!

In the Heart of Waikiki
The room on the 28th floor was awesome! Checking in was a breeze, did not have to worry about parking, the room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the view is beautiful, and it was walking distance to everything you need! We cooked most days, only salt, pepper and spray oil were available, so make sure you buy your favorite cooking condiments and spices! I was a little disappointed in having to pay for an extra roll of toilet paper. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back!

Great spot for adult family
We originally had a hotel booked, but invited our college aged nephew to join us on our trip. We wanted more space and a fridge.
This spot was perfect.
Room: right in front of the elevators and it was quite. I never heard anyone in the halls. The King bed was comfortable. I didn’t try the pull out, but nephew said he slept fine. The AC was great when the sun hits the room all afternoon. All the kitchen stuff was there when we needed it. We didn’t cook, but we used the dishes, microwave and fridge. The 2 doors to the bathroom was conveniently when taking showers and needing privacy. There is a tv in the bedroom and living room. The pool was great. Plenty of chairs. Got lots of sun in the afternoon. There are 2 hot tubs that were full most of the time.
Location: Condo was a quick walk to the beach, ABC Stores, Starbucks, poke places down the street. Beautiful views. The streets below are loud, but I was able to enjoy myself on the balcony without the noise below being bothersome. If the windows / doors are closed, it’s completely quiet.
Parking: there was security at the parking lot entrance, so I felt safe parking at night. We rented a mini van and was able to find spots easily every time we parked.
We would definitely stay here again.
