I like how close it is to everything. I felt safe in the hotel. The valet parking staff was amazing. They clean your room daily. Towel service is great too. The pool gets over crowded and so does the beach. Front desk is helpful and go out the way to help. My only negative review is the staff at Monkeypod restaurant. They could sure you some hospitality lessons.
