The Space: Welcome to Holland, MA - your serene lakeside retreat awaits! This private, single-family home offers a cozy yet spacious environment with 2 bedrooms plus a bunkhouse, accommodating up to 9 guests comfortably. Inside, the spare room boasts two twin XL beds, while the primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed. The bunkhouse provides additional sleeping space with 4 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Need an extra sleeping arrangement? Utilize the twin XL daybed in the kitchen, waking up to beautiful views of the water.
In total, there are two bedrooms and a bunkhouse to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:

The bunkhouse is not heated but has air conditioning. -Our parking area can fit three vehicles. - Laundry (washer and dryer) available for your use. - Tons of outdoor patio furniture to be comfortable reading a book or laying out in the sun! - Steep stairs required to get to the house as well as to the water, this should be consider for those with limited mobility
Other Things to Note: We look forward to welcoming you soon, standard rules like no smoking, no partying, no pets, and being respectful of the neighbors apply. Please note that guests must provide their own firewood for the outdoor fire pit.
As for the parking, please park cautiously near the hillside to avoid accidents. Look for designated parking signs and avoid using neighbors' driveways. The driveway is a pull-off right off the road, not down the steep hill in front of the house. We have space for up to three cars. All guests must agree to be off the exterior spaces by 9PM and keep music down at all times, the house is in close proximity to the neighbors.

I believe this property is new to Vrbo-I expected more for the price. And better vetting by Vrbo. There was no advance warning about the steep access stair and the lack of railings on the desk and steps. The landscape design needs to be improved. The house itself was very comfortable and well equipped. The HVAC had a loose belt and was extremely noisy. This property has a long way to go before it is suitable for renting.

The great escape
I rented this place for a family vacation and to visit with family and help keep my father away from the public as he has just started chemotherapy but still allow him to do all the outdoor things with my kids he loves to do and this place more then provided it and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. And the owner was so helpful every step of the way of our stay. From check in to out. The sun sets and the views I don’t think I could recommend this property more for any occasion it sure made our trip one for the books.
