The property is newly renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I could say was that they should let the guests know before hand that the pool is still under renovation and not after making the reservation. My kids were really disappointed that they could not swim

When checking in was told there was no pool or hottub and person working said it showed everywhere on all the websites that were selling their hotel. I showed her on the app that no where on Expedia did it show no pool or hottub. When she saw it she oh well that’s too bad!!! Phuc this place

The hotel is well maintained and clean. They offer a 24 hr coffee and tea bar in the lobby which is nice. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had sufficient choices not the best i have had but good enough. Location is good as far as eating establishments and stores.

Newly remodelled rooms. Great rate which included breakfast. Convent location. We stayed in Hinton as opposed to Jasper as the more reasonable lodging rates. Seen the most wildlife between the two locations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Velora, we could tell it was recently renovated and the property was clean and fresh looking. It had everything we need and is definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area.
