Bed was not comfortable at all, the latch on the bathroom door was broken you couldn't shut the bathroom door. It was hard to get the room cool, the way the room is set up the air goes right up against the side of the bed and not into the room. Not real satisfied with it at all.

Very disappointed

Stated there was a hit tub, but one does nit exist. Tv wàs very hard too work and couldnt get any help with it. Key cards didnt work, had to return to the desk. Jetted tub was a joke, smaller than regular tubs. No streaming servicre only cable tv.

Ridiculous and

I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi I took screenshots excitedly and sent to my fiancé. It was his birthday plus valentines and our anniversary so we needed to get away from the kids and life and stress to just appreciate each other. Anywho somehow at the last minute my reservation got changed to a jetted tub which is not a jacuzzi in the room. The front desk instructed me that they would have to check for a jacuzzi room as I stood there in tears, I paid for this with my own money and I didn’t want my fiancée to have to pay a dime but then the lady tells me she has one but has to pay an additional 50 for the jacuzzi I paid for now my fiancée had to pay out of pocket 50 because I was not expecting another charge this our a strain on our night financially as we have four kids and rarely get away so all in all the hotel was fantastic but the service I received was absolutely ridiculous and short of a whole new booking for a night for free I will never use ur services again and will tell everyone how yall deceived people to make more money

Did not get the room i paid for and got upcharged to get the jetted tub that I had already paid for. The girl told me it was a expedia thing and had nothing to do with them.
