Very disappointed

Stated there was a hit tub, but one does nit exist. Tv wàs very hard too work and couldnt get any help with it. Key cards didnt work, had to return to the desk. Jetted tub was a joke, smaller than regular tubs. No streaming servicre only cable tv.

Ridiculous and

I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi I took screenshots excitedly and sent to my fiancé. It was his birthday plus valentines and our anniversary so we needed to get away from the kids and life and stress to just appreciate each other. Anywho somehow at the last minute my reservation got changed to a jetted tub which is not a jacuzzi in the room. The front desk instructed me that they would have to check for a jacuzzi room as I stood there in tears, I paid for this with my own money and I didn’t want my fiancée to have to pay a dime but then the lady tells me she has one but has to pay an additional 50 for the jacuzzi I paid for now my fiancée had to pay out of pocket 50 because I was not expecting another charge this our a strain on our night financially as we have four kids and rarely get away so all in all the hotel was fantastic but the service I received was absolutely ridiculous and short of a whole new booking for a night for free I will never use ur services again and will tell everyone how yall deceived people to make more money

Did not get the room i paid for and got upcharged to get the jetted tub that I had already paid for. The girl told me it was a expedia thing and had nothing to do with them.

One of the best in the area

Stay was average

Stay was comfortable. I booked a jacuzzi jetted tub room and when I got there they said if you book through vacation websites that the advertising of a jacuzzi jetted tub is false. Ended up with a regular size tub with jets. Ran it through a few times before using and dirty things came out of it. Never used it for the jetted tub. Breakfast was ok. The regular scrambled eggs with toast,cereal,yogurt,waffles,and pastry. Overall bed was comfortable and room was quiet

Nice, Pet Friendly

Nice hotel. Room was clean, we stayed 3 nights. Pet fee was fare at $35. Nice staff, gave us plenty of towels. Just one small complaint, the grass for walking the dog was pretty tall so wasn't pleasant for me or my little dog to walk in.

Traveled to Morganton to see my father, who had been relocated due to Hurricane Helene. Given the situation the hotel provided excellent service. They had just had power restored, and were full of relief workers. Angelina went above and beyond. I hope to stay again under better circumstances.

Beware of snakes and getting scammed

I arrived and learned that the room I reserved and already paid for was unavailable due to a snake being in the room. No refund was offered so I’m out $300! Then there were no hotel room vacancies within 20 miles. It was late at night and I was exhausted. I ended up just going back home.
