Being locked out and having to speak through an intercom to check-in at 630 pm seems a little excessive. Hotel was clean and convenient, breakfast lacked variety of hot food.

I never had breakfast as I slept later than 930am. I was put in the disabled/handicap room which I wish I had been advised before hand. When booking I asked for a connecting room because there were two of us. I also asked for a walk in shower rather than bathtub shower. I didn't expect a handicap shower though. Maybe they don't have rooms with a regular separate shower. The TV took a while to figure out. It was nice they did have both NETFLIX and PRIME TV, and you could play off your own subscription if you have one. All in all it was a nice hotel, close in town. near food places.

We stay here when we visit our sons who live in Morganton. It is always comfortable and has great staff. It is convenient to walking in historic downtown and close to great restaurants and bars (like Sidetracked!).

Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was cozy, roomy and clean. I would definitely stay there again. Great location in downtown Morgantown North Carolina. Lots of shops and cool restaurants.
