Hotel was fine. But would definitely recommend the hotel finding a new location away from a trailer park. Our view was directly into someone’s backyard.

The entrance off road was difficult. Breakfast had a very long line, ran out of coffee. Toilet/sink back up at 3AM, came up thru sink leaving gross stuff. The gurgles continued rest of stay. Topd front desk, and I got a "sorry". Traffic was also loud

The staff was nice. The room was okay. But it was very noisy. Thin walls and loud kids and TVS . The bed was so hard that it hurt to sleep on it. The pillows were so small and thin it was impossible to get comfortable. On a card in the room it describes the breakfast as having all these wonderful things to eat. I went to get my food and there were some white bread a couple muffins cold cereal but no milk. The fridge was empty. I asked for some fresh fruit and he said sorry it’s all gone and we forgot to buy some. There were apples with brown spots on them and bad spots. I ask where the gravy and biscuits were and he said that they had never offered that. But the card in my room said they did as well as a huge selection of pastries and fresh fruit. Worst breakfast I ever saw. We left and went to Cracker Barrel. Oh, they are remodeling. Boxes everywhere. Definitely need some help

This hotel was completely disappointing. It was unclean and the service was poor. There was even a place in the bathroom that looked like urine which had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The breakfast bar was supposed to open at 6am. As at 7am, it was not open.We will never stay there again.
