The young lady who performed our check-in was not friendly or informative at all. She gave NO EXPLANATION on anything. Nothing about wifi, breakfast, pool hours, or location of room. Was very snippy when she asked for a credit card and I stated that I paid online, she made a face and said that she needed it to place a hold in case I did something to the room. I do understand this, but she never stated why she needed a CC. The rest of the staff......male worker at check-in, the breakfast staff, and the attendant who checked us out upon leaving were beyond friendly and courteous. I just suggest that the staff for check-in (especially) be reminded that they are the face and voice of your business. A smile and pleasant attitude goes a LONG way.

Upon arrival the front desk noticed I was using a scooter after just having foot surgery, she upgraded our room to a handicap accessible room at not charge. I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do.

The pillows and bedding smelled unwashed or almost grease like. Thermostat in the room wouldn’t stop blowing continuous cold air. I normally don’t have a bad experience here but it seems the quality has gone down significantly. Would love some sort of credit for the sheer lack of comfort and sleep
