Overall, the facility & room was clean to the eyes, however, the tiles floor entry in our room was dirty. We found that out when some water from the sink got on it and I went to wipe it up, the paper wiped up black-- so that area is not mopped regularly or well.
BIGGEST complaint was the NOISE. We, unfortunately, had the first room off the lobby and on Friday night, apparently a large group from a wedding (20+ people) were given permission to hang out in the small sitting area. Well a group that size creates a LOT of noise with their talking, laughing, etc.-- no thought given to the fact there are people in rooms trying to sleep. I called the Front Desk to ask the clerk to enforce quiet hours (this was at 1AM) & after nothing changed in volume, I went out there to speak to the clerk who informed me she couldn't really do anything because they were given permission to hang out. So my family & I were kept awake until 2AM until the group finally disbursed!! This type of gathering needs a separate conference room or such, and this hotel was not designed for it. By giving this group permission to gather there, they were in essence given priority to be disruptive to the rest of the hotel guests. Fortunately, I asked them to change our room for our second night there-- far away from the lobby area-- and they did.
