Upon arrival the apartment was in appalling condition to begin with the door was jammed, downstairs door to outside on the left wide open for people to come and go as they please. hair everywhere no lock on the window, smelled like cat urine, counters cookers everything unbelievably hygienic, 20 minutes in random men banging on the door and shouting. We decided to get out of there and moved to hotel Malia holidays in Malia, we immediately phoned the owner who refused all refund. DO NOT BOOK! The local area is not well lit and made us feel very uneasy. Avoid at all costs it’s not worth it.

MONOLOCALE INTERRATO - DA INCUBO - INVIVIBILE

Ho affittato tramite Hotels.com un monolocale da City Comfort Apartments. Trattasi di moniolocale interrato (la finestra e' a piano strada senza grata di sicurezza). Il monolocale era senza aria condizionata solo con ventilatore: se lasciavi chiusa la finestra si soffocava. Se lasciavi aperta la finestra rischiavi che qualcuno dal marciapiede cadeva dentro. Il bagno e' senza finestra né areatore. Muri scrostati dall'umidità. Un incubo. Dall'annuncio del monolocale non si poteva capire che era un interrato (le foto non fanno vedere la finestra aperta senza tenda. Da incubo. Invivibile. Invito HOTELS.COM a verificare la correttezza, completezza e veridicità degli annunci pubblicati sul proprio sito per dare un servizio affidabile ai clienti

Locale piccolo, in un sottoscala senza finestre, senza prese luce accanto al letto, senza acqua calda. Lasciato l'appartamento la notte stessa per scappare in un albergo decente, albergatrice rifiuta qualsiasi rimborso. Da evitare come la peste
