This place is terrible. People where leaving before they checked in. I turned on the heat and within 30 seconds the smoke detector was going off.

1.) Front desk is left unattended for long periods of time where anyone can go behind the counter and take stored parcels waiting for guests. 2.) Air conditioners breakdown and poorly maintained. 3.) Bugs in the suite. Even when switcth to another suite get the same things. 4.) Front desk people unfriendly and dishonest. 5.) Had to get refund because checked out when found bugs in suite. Hard process to get refund. Refunds should be easier when there is found an infestation problems with bed bugs or bugs in suite.

I arrived late night to find no one at the desk with a sign stating they were currently helping other guests and a doorbell next to it which i realized goes to a back room thats tinted so you can't see in. Someone quickly came out though. Arrived to our room and noticed what appeared to be dried boogers stuck to the wall near the bed and a wet sagging ceiling tile above the toilet which indicates the toilet above most likley has a leak. Waking up after 3 hours of sleep and hoping for a decent breakfast like seen in the pics only to realize that the only thing available was toast with jelly. The cereal dispensers pretty much had crumbs in it, no sign of anything else being served, the coffee machine was empty and would only dispense hot water but didnt even have tea bags and never once saw an employee. Even the counters were disgusting and covered junk and a portion used for storage. Trying to check out and realized theres still no one at the desk but can hear people arguing in the back room. This time theres a sign that states do not rung doorbell to check out..leave key in basket. Even the key card envelopes have been reused so many times that they were torn, falling apart, new numbers written over each other. Then leaving you can see garbage and debri all around the parking lot and grounds Just purely neglected, dusgusted property, and staff always hidden.

Toilet kept wanting to overflow. Feces in toilet. Had to run across the street (not a short distance) to use a working toilet. If you want to wrestle the COCKROACHES for your blankets and walk to use a working toilet, and need about a thousand cigarette butts - this is your place. Don’t forget some sort of air freshener to drown out the bad plumbing and make sure to jump over the bags of feces on the sidewalks. Worst place ever. Also, their “buffet” consisted of expired milk, stale pieces of old bread with nothing to put on them and warm yogurt - juice wasn’t on either.
Non working toilet also makes the room stink
A thousand cigarette butts if you’re out of smokes this is your place

We showed up a little early and the staff member wasn’t happy about it and only let us check into one of our rooms we had stuff to do and told him we just wanted to pay before we went to where we needed to go and he took forever. Later that night we couldn’t get our tv to work and couldn’t get help from staff. While trying to go to sleep there was a lot of banging from the room above us and we couldn’t get help from staff. The next morning we went for breakfast and they didn’t have anything stocked the cereal dispensers were empty it only had a little ok and a little milk in a fridge and some apples in a basket. Wasn’t worth what we paid they honestly just need to do better. I won’t be returning

When we pulled up, we had to verify we were at the correct property. Exterior of the building looked derelict, weeds were over grown. Even had a shed in front of the building with all kinds of personal stuff sitting outside of it, like there was a yard sale or something. We were at the correct place. Went inside, lobby looked OK, but definitely not inviting. No one was at reception, we had to wait to check in. Clerk asked for ID, checked us in and handed us one room key, stating the room number. That was it, no pointing to elevator and stairs, no telling us where wifi password was. We walked through lobby five more times throughout our one night stay, never saw a clerk again. We found the elevator, it was next to a stack of broken airconditioners. Got to our room, which was serface clean. Underside of the toilet seat had urine on it. Bed did appear clean, so we grudgingly stayed. We discovered the air conditioner barely worked, the three pillows were maybe about two inches thick and the bed felt like a piece of cardboard. The security lock on the door was broken, but one of the chairs in the room fit perfect under the handle. This property is definitely run down and in need of updating. The curtains had holes in them and the chair had most of its covering missing.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms could use some updating and some things fixed. They advertised a hot continental breakfast, but all there was to eat was toast and individual cereal containers.
