All conveniences in the room. More blankets would be nice. Parking lot was rocky and didn't seem safe. Great site location and desk staff greeted each guest friendly. Morning breakfast consisted of a variety of pastries, biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and coffee was hot, ready and available at 6 am. Rooms needed some TLC.

We were early for breakfast so there were no biscuits but the gravy was there. Waffles were good. Room was nice for the price and we would stay there if we’re ever in Halena again

Honest

The king suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. It was really nice having the extra sitting area. The only real negative was the shower. The spray head was first stuck on pulsate and then we finally moved it and it was stuck on a narrow stream. The tub seemed either dirty or stained. The most positive aspect of our stay was the honesty of the cleaning staff. I left my Kindle and a pair of shoes in my room. They were waiting for me when I returned to the hotel several hours later. So nice to have decent, honest people working and doing the right thing.

One Star for basic, safe accommodation and One Star for the outstanding staff. I felt reasonably safe and despite a thunderstorm prior to my arrival knocking out the internet for about 18 hours, I was graciously checked in without issue. I immediately had an issue with the bedding, as there was some blood on it, but the front desk was quick to get me replacement bedding. Had a king with a pull out sofa in the room. Sofa wasn't very comfortable. My bathroom had a cracked sink and the tub definitely needed some work too. Room smelled musty but not bad. I suspect the AC unit may have needed a cleaning but the AC worked well. Hallway carpet needs to be either professionally cleaned or replaced as it is noticeably dirty and stretched at the lobby end of the hallway. I did not partake in the breakfast, but it smelled wonderful. I also didn't use the pool, but saw other families using it and having a good time. Hot tub was closed. Parking is not good. There are enough spaces in the lot to handle things, but large trucks have a tendency to not leave much room for other guests to get in and out. There is only ONE entrance/exit. There is also no temporary space for guests checking in, so this created a bottleneck for me at one point (stayed 2 nights), as an individual with a disability just parked right inside the entrance and left his car there. Would I stay again? Yes, but not at the price point that I paid this time around.

Epic fail on Wyndham’s part extremely disappointed in the company. I would like to say I did read many reviews so I know that the hotel was considered dated, and with a 2.5 star rating but with rave reviews for a great staff which is why I chose it. What I experienced was much more than a dated hotel. Limited review space so going to list it simple: Over filled trash bins to welcome us with poor lighting. Hotel room carpet not vacuumed for got knows how long so wear socks. Stained mattress and ripped bedding. One out of two beds has blood stained pillow and mattress with thin white sheets covering it, and pubic hair still in the bed. Shower head had caked on makeup and closing the curtain had a big bloody snot booger. not dated just a nightmare.... 2.5 is being generous. when letting the front desk know they said they were not surprised but the pubic har that it probably was there washer and dryer honestly. not sanitary and clearly not just dated.... Beware just cause it says Wyndham does not mean anything. PS Staff was friendly and that is why we wanted to try this hotel and didn't care about tit being dated.... the rest was not on our bucket list after a 6 hour drive to Montana.

I lived the soft bed, hotel beds are usually hard and lumpy. What i didn't like was the dirty hallway, cold swimming pool , and the hot tub was down for maintenance for the two days i was there. That sucked.

The main bed was fine, the pull out sofa bed was mangled and stained (I assume urine) it was dusty throughout, there were some rogue hairs. The stairs leading to the lobby were dirty with food and other debris. The parking lot was packed in the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good.

Just an average hotel with lots of need for tlc. Dirty carpets, amateur power strip for fridge and microwave. Windows are dirty covering a decent view to the north. Dust and leaves out front with awkward parking lot.The housekeeping was great, the facilities are out of date and need some refreshing. Breakfast was average Soa was closed with a wrinkled sign over some roped-off chairs. Pool was clean Staff was very nice. Property needs work
