My daughter woke up in the middle of the night because bugs were biting her. We told the lady at the front desk that we were taking her to urgent care because of excessive swelling. She seemed unconcerned and told me that I needed to tell the manager who was not there. After leaving urgent care where the doctor said the bites appeared to be from bedbugs, I emailed the manager along with pictures of the bites and the doctor’s report and received no response. We also asked for clean towels and were told there were no more. Terrible experience!

The pool was not working , and that was a the main reason for booking this hotel . I brought my own Clorox wipes and Im glad i did !!! The sink had stubble hair all over it from last person there . The price was very reasonable and they did serve breakfast , all microwave food but it was plenty and fresh fruit. I would stay again .

The room was old and moldy. The worst part was the cockroaches in the breakfast room crawling on the tables as we were trying to eat our food. We threw the food out and left and I still feel sick to my stomach! Never will we stay there again!

Started with check in. We booked a 2 Queen room, we received all double beds. Says the ran out. When I asked about it the manager mouthed off and said you can check out and get a refund. Knowing there wasn’t anymore options. We had a plugged toilet one of the rooms and I called down and he said you can come get a plunger. Had to shut the water off and when we did the water leaked from the shut off valve the whole time. No maintenance person. Our room had mutilple leak spots and when the rain started last night it started leaking again. Had to listen to it leaking and dripping on ceiling all night and morning. The ceiling in the hallway was torn out and left that way. Had items stolen from one of the vehicles while we were there. Comforter in multiple rooms had cigarette burns in them. The worst stay at a hotel without a question.

It was dirty. I had trouble finding staff when getting ready to check in. Had to leave and come back later. I was told checkout was 11:00. A little after 10, we took some stuff to the car. When we tried to get back into our room, our keys didn't work. Again, had trouble finding staff. I had to track someone down so we could get back in our room. The whole place seemed creepy.

It was not bad for the price. Mold on the shower celing could of used vacuuming in the room and stain on the sheet around waist area. Not sure what that was. No bugs at least.
