Really good

It was exactly what I was looking as far as mountain rustic feel. Beautiful views and lots of activities to entertain inside the property. Convenient location to Helen downtown and surroundings waterfalls. Very pleased overall! I will definently come back here!

The beds are too small.

Room wasn’t ready for check in. Staff was not apologetic, seemed more annoyed. No elevators or bell hops to help with luggage. Handicap travelers need to be sure they ask for a bottom floor. Beds are quite small.

The beds are worn out. You sank into the middle of the mattress. The check in person was rude. The bar and bartender was good. We were supposed to be on the first floor, but we were not and there was no elevator.

Beautiful place to stay. Easy checking and plenty of things for us to see and do.

A cucarach in the batrrom and no cortessi the atendants plus poor service in the restaurant.

Very rude at the front desk. No elevator in the building where we stayed. Advertised a shuttle but not running.

We loved everything! Super clean and comfortable beds .. perfect location . Staff friendly and the shuttle was a wonderful service Into Helen

They changed my reservation to he day before arrival telling me they don't have king size beds. I called to cancel and found out they really do but wanted to give my room to simeone else. They kept making excuses and changed the story. We got tired of the lies and just cancelled the whole stay. Did not used to be like that there.

Just a little outdated, but other than that, it's located in a beautiful park and close to downtown Helen.

Nice location close to Helen but within a natural area close to Ana Ruby falls, an accessible lake, trails, and other activities. The rooms are worn and dated, needing renovation, building A is being renovated as we speak, but otherwise the property is great. Don't bother getting a loft room in peak summer or peak winter; the wall mounted air conditioner cannot circulate air up there...it was painfully hot and useless despite being cold on the main level. We switched rooms.

The room was very clean and organized. The place itself was very quiet and peaceful.

Thank you for visiting our park and lodge. We appreciate your valued feedback. We are sorry that the beds were small. We recently renovated our rooms and expanded our bathrooms. That required us to lose some space in our bedrooms. Unfortunately the building confines us space wise, but we definitely understand your frustrations with that. We appreciate you being our very valued guest.

Thank you for visiting our park and lodge. We are sorry for the problems that you experienced during your stay. We recently renovated 60% of our lodge rooms from top to bottom within the past year, and we are planning to complete the remaining 40% this year. I know that doesn't address the negative experience that you had, but I did just want to let you know that we are working on this. I will also be following up with our general manager about your feedback about the guest services associate. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention.

Thank you for visiting our park and lodge. Thank you for your valued feedback. It sounds like there was a bug in your bathroom. Unfortunately it is very difficult to prevent an occasional bug from getting into the hotel with the outside doors constantly being opened and closed. Please rest assured that we have stringent sanitation and pest control and prevention of the highest standards in place. But I deeply apologize for the inconvenience. I will also make sure our general manager is aware of the service issues that you experienced in the restaurant. Your comments help us to improve our service experience, and we thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback!
