The stay was good overall. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and the room was clean. My only complaint is the lack of hot water while showering night 2 and day 3. I'm unsure of what occurred, but we had to take cold showers. Just a recommendation, when you pay for breakfast through hotels.com make sure you register everyone who will eat. I didn't learn until we headed down for breakfast that I only paid for 2, instead of 4 & they can't change it at the front desk if its not booked through hilton.

Good place to stay

Came for business. Hotel is in convenient location. No room service but the attached restaurant has good breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean as well.

Check in was good I got to check in a little earlier than check in time and the hotel is really clean and comfy my only issue was that most of my lighting in my room was not working and I called to inform the front desk and they stated they were aware but nothing was done so that rubbed me the wrong way but overall a good hotel.

Stayed here with a friend to attend a concert. Location is very convenient to the stadium, restaurant and other attractions. Hotel common areas and the room were clean. Parking is easy, there is also a back lot with plenty of space. Was closer to the elevator than I prefer but noise levels weren't unreasonable.

Not the experience thought of..

Started off with bottom of bed brown bed skirt with sperm stains. Called front desk after 20 munutes had one cleaning lady bring me bed sheets for me to make the bed. Showed her not sheets, rather other and ahe got on knees said she was going to try to just brush/ wipe it off. Then understood apologized and said yes, now understand and smells bad. So she just took it off.bathroom water was coming out of bathroom when taking shower and had to use all towels to put a bearer with edge of shower to not have it seeping to front doors. The chair and desk had food crumbs. And window curtain had black stain and some mirrors dirty. No one offered a room change.

Hotel location is perfect with many restaurants within minutes away. Great hotel to stay at if you are going to a concert at Met Life, as it was 10 mins away in car.
