conveniently located in terminal two. Bed was nice. But the downside was pretty awful. The carpet, a light color, was plainly quite dirty and stained. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The shower stall had mold in the ceiling and in the grout lines. This is basic cleanliness and it doesn’t take rocket science for housekeeping to spread the mold when they see it and to keep the carpets clean with some regularity. The hotel was quite dated as many airport hotels are, but this was not a Holiday Inn or a motel six, it was a Sheraton. At this price point, travelers have a right to expect basic cleanliness. what made it worse? Was that at check-in, we were asked what time we plan to check out, which we informed the front desk. But by 8:30 in the morning, housekeeping was already knocking on the door, interrupting our sleep, followed by a bar man, looking for his bar tray that he used to serve a glass of wine to us the night before. we had gone to the bar, as is our habit, to pay for a glass of wine to take to our room. We were told that we could not do that and had to use room service. For travelers on the fly, this is extremely inconvenient because of the wait time. Didn’t make sense to me. We finally checked out shortly after.

Stay was good until my boyfriend fell due to a long tablecloth draped on the floor about 6 inches and hitting his head on another table. Minimum aid given and no offer for compensation of any sort. Our prior stay back in May had been wonderful.

I do a lot of traveling and this property sold me on their pictures of chandeliers and beauty. The rooms are very dated not taken care of in anyway, musty smelling, mattresses are so old that they’ve taken the shape of bodies over the years. What a disappointment and disgraceful. It seems like management has given up and will/should close the property. I’ll also say that the employees must see the end coming because of their attitudes. You’ll be 100% better off going to the many chain hotels in the area.

Nicely furnished, comfortable room, nice lobbies and restaurant - overall very attractive hotel, One major problem - a $21.85 facility fee that was billed after we left. Hotel was booked through Expedia and price was all inclusive. I don't know what a "facility fee" is and why it is separate. We were not told at check in, and just saw fee pop up on our credit card statement after arriving home.

They placed us in the motel section of the property, which was outdated but clean. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend staying for dinner if you can.

We were recently at this hotel with a large group. We had a wonderful time. The room had beautiful high ceilings and it had a lot of charm. I loved that the bathroom had its own sink and then there was another sink located outside of the actual bathroom. We also really love the large refrigerator, spacious room, and comfy bed. If I was ever in this area again, I would used to stay here, but know that the air conditioning doesn’t get as cold as I like it, which is pretty cold.

The staff was very nice and there were some nice features like 24/7 coffee & tea and cookies. Complimentary breakfast was not very good. And maintenance was under par--our bathroom fan, which came on every time we turned on the light, sounded like a fog horn. The handles were missing from one of the dresser drawers, making the drawer unusable. We put in a maintenance request but no one was available on the weekends to make repairs.
