Do not stay at this Ramada! The facility is dirty, smell full of smoke in the hallways and the room even though it says non-smoking. Check out listed at 11 am. But at 10:25 am, hotel staffs walk around and knock on guest room telling everyone it's time to check out. It was the first time that we encounter this kinds of action at a hotel. I would not recommend stay at this Ramada!

I liked the rooms and the pool. However, there was lots of things that were dirty. The pool is dirty and so are the rooms you just have to look around it’s not that hard to spot!! Even the shower curtain was dirty with stains on it!

We liked the price, and the beds were clean. As for the rest of the place, it was not nice. The one chair to sit on was in horrible condition and so was the lapshade that was hanging off. A window was also broken in our room. The area was sketchy and with closed buildings all around the Ramada!

There was a situation where a police came to the property to serve a warrant on someone but nobody from the property informed by a text or an email anybody that was staying there it could’ve been handled better

Pool was ok, but the breakfast did not have enough food and there was only 1 waffle maker, no fruit and the staff had to be constantly reminded that they were out of coffee, utensils, etc... There was a difference of what kind of food was offered during the week and the weekend. It also just felt dirty and grimy. They cleaned the floor, but the rooms had bent lamp shades and the bathroom door constantly was jammed and made a loud noise. Will not be staying here again.

Have I not purchased this through Expedia? I would’ve demanded a refund through the desk. That’s the excuse they use. Arrival police were in the hallway. The property is dirty. The room was adequate, but not up to snuff electrical outlets not functioning… poor Wi-Fi I was getting 15 MBS, which is inadequate for my needs… and later into the evening, there was noise in the hallways that was totally unacceptable and all that they did was apologize for it. I should’ve gotten half of my money back on this room. Very very poor you had it at 7.2 this is a four. The breakfast is inadequate even they don’t even have fresh eggs. It’s fake eggs and the other choices were horrible. I’m sorry, not a good place.

Gary the night shift Representative was very Rude uncompassionate they gave our room to someone else and claimed no room were available, so I proceeded to book online and he lied rooms were available then proceeded to play victim and called law enforcement little did he knows we were prepared they declared him at fault. Very unprofessional very disrespectful Our professional training helped mad this unfortunate situation to end peacefully will file a full complaint for this incident was unacceptable
