Friendly host and great location. River side walkway is just 5 minutes away. We enjoyed riverside walking in the mornings and at nights. Especially a dog friendly accommodation. I can highly recommend.

Excellent walking distance to FMG stadium. The All Blacks won too! House was presented well, perfect for us, looks exactly like photos. William was great to communicate with. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend.

Squash team

Excellent location to base from for the squash tournament. Home was large, quiet and heaps of space for washing, sorting and airing sports gear. Great kitchen/ lounge area for relaxing together. Easy and clear communication with host.Walking distance to Hamilton Squash Club and supermarkets.10/10 thanks

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was very comfortable, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds.Very clean and well set up, the location was excellent, very handy to have the garage for parking.Definitely recommend to anyone going to Hamilton.

Great Location in North Island

Overall a nice place to stay, very close to several wonderful restaurants and bars and a great central location for those visiting Waitomo and Rotorua. Check in was also straightforward. There were, however, a few caveats:- the wifi was incredibly spotty and unreliable. As an international traveller with patchy cell service, not having a reliable Internet connection while stationed at home was pretty inconvenient. We did not have time in our schedule to reach out to the host, so we do take some of the responsibility. - Ants were pretty prevalent, so I would just make sure to not have open containers of food on the counter.- It does get quite hot in the home in the summer, but that is par for the course for NZ. Some standing fans in the bedrooms would help tremendously.

Nice size property - reasonably close to restaurants and bars - downside was a few noisy neighbours and the bars shut far too early on a Friday & Saturday night ! + the rain !

Nice place!

This was a nice place we rented- In a little bit rough area and there were ants in the kitchen. There is one other issue that there is no heating or cooling in the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom- We were there during the summer and had a great trip- but My wife and I slept in the down stairs bedroom and had to have the only AC/Heater on low temp with the fan on high to try to get some air up stairs to where our daughters were staying. This is the first time I have not given a 5 star review ever. But I felt with the ants and lack of upstairs ventilation (even a fan would help) I could only go with 4 stars.

A quick weekend away

My husband was down here at a conference so I decided to come along for a break. We needed somewhere that I could bring our dog along, and this property allowed that. More than enough room for the 2 of us which was great for when he arrived back late and I was already asleep. One thing I judge properties by is their showers! And this was the best shower for quite some time. Only down side was the parking. I had to squeeze our car into the garage, and it was a squeeze, or risk being towed or park some distance away on the street.

Brilliant property, fantastic location.

This was a very comfortable, very clean, beautiful property in a fantastic location. Generous size bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen and dining area. Everything beautifully styled. Easy walk to restaurants, main shopping centre, cinemas, food and grocery stores. Communication was very easy and check in was straight forward. Highly recommend.

Great find!

This was a last-minute find for a weekend when all the hotels in Hamilton were booked, and it was a lovely experience! Plenty of space for our party of 5 with great amenities and a clean, quiet location. Property manager was a great communicator and we had no issues with anything before, during, or after our stay.
