When we arrived at the front counter, we waited close to 10mins before someone arrived. No one at the counter again when we checked out at 9:30am. Shower fixers very difficult to use in room 613. I also couldn’t get the TV remote to select Live TV. Thankfully the room was quiet for sleeping.
