THE ROOM PHONE DID NOT WORK,,,I HAD TO WALK DOWN TO FRONT DESK 2 TIMES TO GET INFO. THE WATER WAS YELLOW, AND WAS TOLD IT HAD TO RUN A WHILE TO CLEAR IT UP (WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD TO KNOW AT CHECKIN)...WHEN ARRIVED THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SITE FOR SEVERAL MINUETS.

The property is pretty nice. There are several cosmetic issues already for the property to be so new. The elevator is popping a lot. In my opinion it’s due to lack of maintenance or damaged parts.my room was on the second floor beside the elevator and it pops a lot going up and down. The bath tub picket in my room was pulled out of the wall and hard to turn the shower on. One thing I have never seen was a cleaner leave a greeting card(which is fine) but they also left their cashapp on the card. I do not feel it’s professional. Overall the staff is friendly very quick check in process.
