Penthouse Unidad que acomoda a 4 personas. Nuestro condominio tiene una gran terraza con asientos al aire libre para disfrutar de las vistas del centro de la ciudad. Estamos a pocos pasos de Main Street justo detrás del hotel Westin en el corazón del centro de la ciudad. Ofrecemos todas las comodidades de la casa con una cocina completa y un montón de espacio abierto para extenderse por unos días o estancia prolongada. El dormitorio tiene una cama King y el sofá se retira a un sofá cama Queen, ambos son súper cómodo. El condominio es de aproximadamente 1100 pies cuadrados que es grande para un 1BR / 1Bath. We visited Greenville for a birthday/anniversary get away. The penthouse condo was right in the middle of all that we wanted to see. Unit was very clean and nicely stocked. Shops, restaurants and the Reedy River falls were within easy walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and was a welcome place to come to after our day outing. There was a small glitch with the condo when we arrived but the owner answered phone right away and was at the condo within 10 minutes to fix. Loved the designated parking. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Greenville! This condo is in the perfect location and we enjoyed so many close-by restaurants and shops. We even walked to the baseball stadium for a Greenville Drive game (so much fun). What a FUN surprise Greenville was (our first time). The condo had everything we needed, parking was easy, and the whole setup (keypads, etc.) was just so smooth.

Perfect Location For a Greenville Stay

This 4th floor condo was in great shape in a quiet, somewhat secluded building on Court St. It was a quick walk up to Main St for shopping, eating and drinking; and only a block the other direction to get to the river and Falls Park. Condo was stocked with everything needed for a 5 day stay with comfortable furniture and all the luxuries of home. Our panic on check in was there was no closet .... relieved to find a nice walk-in behind the bathroom door :) My only complaint was the inconsistency of the A/C temp between the living room and the bedroom.... it was much colder in the bedroom (with a strong draft from the ceiling vents) than in the living room. The private parking was great and convenient, with plenty of spaces! Overall, this is a great place to stay in Greenville!!

Lovely Apartment Near Pretty Much Everything

Well-appointed and well-located, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Greenville. The Reed River Falls were nearby, providing a lovely backdrop for a picnic lunch. Plus, there were a variety of restaurants within walking distance from the door.

Wonderful, clean & Great location!

Lovely condo within all things downtown! Very clean & well equipped! Only drawback was lack of propane for the firepit (but owner was very responsive regarding another option) and some minor repairs needed (outside light cover, some bulbs need replaced in bathroom, no switch to turn off floor lamp) but overall a great place to stay!!

What a great condo to stay in. Super clean, quiet building and you're within waling distance to SO many trails, restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops. The bed was even super comfortable. The only thing to improve would be the wifi. WE struggled with that a bit, but nothing else. We'll go again! Thanks hostesses and host!

Best Location of EVER!!!

This condo was absolute top notch! Everything was clean and well thought out. Beautiful view of their beautiful downtown area. We didn’t cook, but they had everything you would need. The parking could not have been better. We literally walked every where except when we went to the mall and Paris Mountain Park. Every show/sporting event (we did several), every meal, every drink, we were able to walk and it was great! If you are considering Greenville, do it! If you are considering this condo, just click “Book Now” already.

Beautiful oasis in downtown Greenville!

Beautifully appointed condo right down the block from the Westin hotel in downtown Greenville incudes onsite parking-was a win/win. Nice outdoor space on sunny days for coffee outside. Quiet building - all the comforts of home! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The condo was right off S Main St - close to the Peace Center, Bon Secours Arena, tons of restaurants and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We parked our car and walked everywhere for 5 days.
