Still waiting on a refund from a charge they put on my bill at check in.

Convenience was good. The room (double queen) was pretty small. The beds almost touched and the desk was right at the foot of the bed. No room to walk by. I wasn’t sure they were extra careful cleaning for Covid - no wipes offered in the room. They did have hand sanitizer stations that were well filled.

It was okay.

It was pleasant. We came down from Michigan for a one day trip so we really only slept.

Do Not stay at this subpar hotel!! They ask for a 100 dollar cash deposit, then lie and state there was something wrong at check out so they can keep your deposit. The maids were our by the pool smoking weed and the rooms are dirty! Stay AWAY!!!

It was good but I did my reservation through Orbits and the Receipt is for a lower amount than you guys took from my card. I travel for work and know the receipt does NOT match the card

Like the little extras (fountains, landscaping, gazebo) and the staff was extra nice.

The rooms were small, the toilet kept having plumbing issues, the shower head leaked, and Staff has a bad attitude when asked to fix the toilet multiple times

Great stay, good value, low price, would recommend

Property was conveniently located between the airport and the downtown Greenville area. Location was tucked in the back from the Haywood mall area. Very quiet and relaxing. Hotel was just perfect for the price point.

Nice close to our desired location clean quiet and met our need

Nice staff and clean rooms but building very dated and the entire place smelled like it had been smoked in.

I appreciate their wanting to be green in terms of towel use, but for guests to truly take advantage of this, towel bars are necessary.

Simple hotel, clean, comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the AC in my room was pretty weak, so the room was a bit stuffy.

Nice quiet hotel with nice quiet pool. Excellent breakfast.
