Our room was on 4th floor on the West side of the property. My chief complaint was the traffic noise coming from the street that is about 50 feet in front of the hotel. This street feeds a large shopping center that has a Home Depot, a grocery store, Barnes and Nobel, Famous Footwear,restaurants, etc. The traffic noise picks up about 6am every morning, and again about 5pm in the evening. Once the shopping center closes, about 10pm, traffic noise is minimal. The windows are standard single pane glass so they are no help in reducing the noise. The room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable, We couldn't use the pool because the heater was broken during our entire 4 night stay. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of quality options. If it weren't for the traffic noise issue, I would have given our stay a higher rating. The rooms on the east side of the hotel are probably a better option.

This hotel was clean and quiet with a very pleasant staff. We were greeted with a welcome bag for our pups, which was nice as most hotels make staying with your dog feel like an inconvenience. The room was clean and spacious, beds were nice. The breakfast was standard, but the staff was just so friendly even early in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
